An exact dosage of all raw materials, no matter whether solid or liquid, a fast tempering, not matter whether heating or cooling can be achieved with our agitator in connection with a high efficiency heating and cooling system with up to 6 heating and cooling zones.This heating- and cooling system can be implemented for efficiency improvement, or for safety reasons, also redundantly. Column, distillation facility, collecting and separation vessel, all tailored exactly around your individual requirements. Dilution- and/or cooling and mixing tank, filtration, filling, everything from one supplier.
Of course we also supply the pertinent offsites such as tank farms for raw materials and final products, cooling and chilled water plants, inert gas plants, compressed air units etc. A process control system controls the complete system and guarantees there productivity and the high efficiency of the plant.
We adhere to all valid rules and regulations of the European Union and/or Germany: the product safety act with its regulations e.g. Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG, EMC Guideline 2014/30/EU, Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and the Atex Guideline 2014/34/EU as well as, in Germany, TA-Luft.
The design of the pressure vessels is carried out in accordance with DIN EN 13445 and/or upon request according to AD 2000.
